Here I'll be keeping track of my weight loss progress.
I recently started lifting weights with a trainer at my gym and have been doing cardio on my own. This has worked
great for a friend of mine so I thought I take her idea and make it work for me.
- GOAL WEIGHT: 140lbs (22 lbs to go!!!)
- Mini Goal: 157lbs by Christmas
- WEIGH IN DAY: Wednesday: 11/23/05 162 lbs
- Goal Pan Size: 7/8 (currently 10 or 12)
- Height 5'8"
